At Imagine Locations, we specialise in transforming your home or property into the perfect film or photoshoot location. Handling everything from initial setup to continued full diary management and support. You work with us directly and only with us, as we handle all communication with clients to keep it simple.
Signing up is easy! We handle everything—from ensuring your property is photo-ready, to attracting and managing bookings, negotiating rates, and, most importantly, helping you become an exceptional host.
Interested in registering with us and becoming a location host?
Here’s how.
Fill out the ‘Become a Host’ form below, attaching some images of key areas of the property, for us to determine if your property is suitable. These can be taken on your phone.
If your property is suitable we will require high resolution professional photographs to proceed with the registration, we can help in recommending a photographer if needed. We are happy to use existing professional photographs (if you have the rights for us to use them) if we feel they are suitable quality to present the property in the very best light.
Once registered we handle all contracts and paperwork for bookings.
We will always check in with you to ensure the brief and the schedule works for you. You are not expected to say yes to every brief that comes in but some flexibility is preferred.

Manor Package
Best suited to large/ luxury properties (4+ bedrooms).
Benefits include:
In-person consultation to discuss everything and to create a plan for the perfect launch
Interior design services to enhance rooms and areas in preparation for the photographs
A tailored set of professional photographs based on your property size
Interior styling services on the day of the photoshoot - including providing flowers for the shoot
Registration with our extensive location libraries and collaborators across the media Industry in the UK

Detailed guidance in preparation for bookings
Villa Package
Best suited to smaller properties and apartments (2 bedrooms or smaller).
